Shipping & Ordering Procedures

Order Processing:

Orders are normally shipped within 72 business hours of receipt. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped at the beginning of the week.

Out of Stock Items:

Although every attempt is made to maintain adequate levels of inventory, there may be times when certain models are unavailable.  As to not hold up the delivery of your order, in stock items will be shipped immediately and out of stock items will be cancelled from your order. 

Shipping Options:

  • 48 States: Standard UPS Ground Delivery, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air available
  • Alaska and Hawaii: USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail available only by phone request
  • APO & FPO Shipments: USPS Priority Mail available only
  • International Shipments:  International USPS Express Mail Only
  • COD is not available.

UPS Delivery Information:

Please note UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so you must list a valid street address with your order.  Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not be shipped until the following week.  UPS shipments will not be delivered on Saturday.  Please be aware that a $15 Change in Address Fee will be charged for any UPS shipments that require a change in address during shipment.  This includes any address corrections do to the incorrect information being submitted on your order.  Please double check your order for accuracy.

We do not request or require a signature for ground service deliveries.  It is solely up to the deliverer's discretion whether or not to leave a package at your door if no one is home.  For your protection, please ship to an address where someone will be there to accept the package.

Responsibility of Shipping Charges:

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, and returned to us, will still be obligated to pay the original shipping and handling fee, plus any re-stocking fees that may apply.  Please note, once an order has left our location, these fees are non-refundable.

365 Days for Exchanges / 30 Days for Returns:

365 Day Exchange Policy:  All current models may be exchanged for another model at anytime during the 1st year (one time allowance per order).  Items being exchanged must be complete with original packaging and in new condition (as purchased).

30 Day Return Policy:  All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee from the manufacturer unless a product (by the dozen) is deemed defective or damaged.

Before sending back any products, you must call us at 1-800-859-3274 for a return authorization number.  Approved returns will be issued a RMA # which must be on the shipping label or your package may be refused.

  • All returns/exchanges must be in original packaging and in new condition (complete dozens only with 1 style per dozen).
  • Items are to be sent prepaid and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • WARRANTY: Industry standards allow a 5% defect ratio on all sunglasses produced and shipped.  All claims for defective merchandise above the 5% defect ratio must be made within 30 days upon receipt of the merchandise. (No assorted dozens will be accepted).  Replacement merchandise or credit towards your next order will be issued for the price of any defective product being returned.
